Blair has 20 years of litigation experience and serves as the firm’s Director of Knowledge Management and Litigation Technology. He is experienced in ESI, Knowledge Management, Litigation Technology, Visual Persuasion and Computer Forensics. Blair has been involved in a wide array of cases including Medical Malpractice, Construction Defect, Labor and Employment, Bad Faith, Antitrust, Product Liability, Wrongful Death, Securities and “Bet The Company.” Blair has assisted with trial technology and jury selection in over 350 trials in both state and federal courts across the country.
Blair regularly participates in CLE programs and has presented on the topic of Trial Technology to a group of Judges during the Open World Rule of Law Program. He serves as technical supervisor to St. Mary-On-The-Highlands Episcopal Church, where he and his wife are members, and he is actively involved with Mountain Brook Athletics, where he serves overall football commissioner and is a member of The Monday Morning Quarterback Club.
Blair graduated with a B.S. and an M.B.A. from Auburn University. He and his wife Clayton, have three children.
