SDF Attorneys, Trip Umbach, Alfred Perkins, Will Davis, and Chris Vinson participated in the Alabama Trucking Association’s (ATA) annual mock trial. ATA’s annual mock trial involves industry and legal experts who pool together resources to create an incredibly informative event to educate ATA member fleet owners and managers about what to expect in the event of lawsuit. The event was co-produced by Starnes Davis Florie and ATA’s Safety Maintenance Management Council (SMMC) members.
