Starnes Davis Florie LLP welcomes new associates Mary Pat Damrich and Tyler McIntyre to the firm’s Birmingham office.
Mary Pat will focus her practice in a variety of areas including, general civil litigation, medical malpractice, labor and employment, professional liability, and products liability. Mary Pat graduated from the University of Alabama School of Law in 2018. While attending law school, she served on the Alabama Civil Rights & Civil Liberties Law Review and served on the John A. Campbell Moot Court Board.
Tyler’s practice will include medical liability, healthcare litigation, and medical device litigation. Prior to becoming a teammate at the firm, Tyler served in the United States Army, first as an Armor Officer and then as a Judge Advocate General (JAG). His Army legal practice concentrated on military criminal prosecution and providing legal advice to senior combat commanders both deployed and stateside.
