Joe Miller and Will Starnes successfully defended a dentist in a case involving allegations of negligent application of short term orthodontic appliances, resulting in jaw surgery. The trial was held in Limestone County, Alabama, lasted five days, and involved seven witnesses. The jury returned a defense verdict in behalf of the dentist.
