Michael T. Scivley primarily devotes his practice to defending physicians and other health care providers in a variety of matters involving alleged medical malpractice. He also has significant experience in both state and federal courts with commercial litigation in the areas of insurance, banking, and consumer finance. Michael serves as a member of the firm’s recruiting committee.
Scott D. Stevens works in our firm’s Mobile office where he represents various national and regional clients in the areas of premises liability, construction litigation, wrongful death, defense of directors and officers, healthcare defense, and workers compensation claims. Scott has also served on the firm’s recruiting committee
J. Bennett White devotes his practice to civil litigation with a focus on defending physicians and other health care providers in various medical malpractice claims. Additionally, he has significant experience representing corporations in federal and state courts in general business litigation as well as shareholders’ derivative actions. Bennett currently serves as co-chairman of the firm’s recruiting committee.
