Amber’s practice is primarily devoted to environmental litigation and includes defense of Clean Water Act and Clean Air Act claims; litigation of Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA) contribution and cost recovery claims; defense of common law property damage claims; and defense of personal injury claims based on exposure to chemicals and other pollutants. She also represents clients in administrative proceedings before environmental and surface mining agencies.
