Amber Whillock obtained a defense verdict in favor of a real estate development company following a multi-day trial. Plaintiff sought to establish an unrecorded easement over property owned by the defendants. The court entered judgment as a matter of law on three of Plaintiff’s claims at the close of Plaintiff’s evidence and entered judgment for defendants on Plaintiff’s sole remaining claim following the conclusion of trial.
