Starnes Davis Florie attorney, Warren Butler obtained a defense verdict, serving as co-counsel with the Huie Fernambucq and Watkins & Eager firms in a two-week wrongful death products liability trial. The Estate of the decedent claimed a vehicle was not crashworthy after a frontal collision small overlap crash resulted in the death of the driver.  After deliberations, the jury entered judgment in favor of the Defendant vehicle manufacturer and found the vehicle was reasonably safe.
