Starnes Davis Florie LLP welcomes new associates Grace Ann Garner and Brad Prosch to the firm’s Birmingham office, and Edward Hines to the firm’s Mobile office.
Grace Ann will focus her practice on civil litigation including, professional liability, medical malpractice, and labor & employment. Grace Ann is a 2020 graduate of the University of Georgia School of Law where she served as Article & Notes Editor of the Journal of Intellectual Property Law, a Dean Ambassador, and the Communications Executive of the Business Law Society.
Brad will focus his practice on civil litigation including medical malpractice, long term care & nursing home, and professional liability. Brad is a 2020 graduate of the University of Alabama School of Law where he served as Junior Editor of the Alabama Law Review and served on the John A. Campbell Moot Court Board.
Edward’s practice will include medical malpractice, premises liability, mass torts, insurance, bad faith, worker’s compensation, and property disputes. Edward is a 2020 graduate of the University of Alabama School of Law where he served as Vice President of the Bench and Bar Legal Honor Society and a member of the Trial Advocacy Competition Team. Edward also worked as a judicial extern for the Honorable James H. Roberts, Jr. of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, Tuscaloosa County, Alabama.
