Daniel Feig and Clayton Bromberg presented at a Name, Image, and Likeness (“NIL”) symposium for college athletic administrators hosted by Saint Joseph’s University in Philadelphia, PA on April 21-22, 2025. The symposium focused on a variety of topics related to NIL, including institutions’ implementation of the House v. NCAA settlement, overall NIL strategy, and decision on whether to “opt-in” to the settlement. Daniel, Clayton, and Malcolm Grace (George Mason University) presented on NIL licensing agreements and the institutional process associated with such agreements in a session moderated by host Shoshanna Engel Lewis (VH Consulting). Other speakers included university presidents, athletic directors, head coaches, general managers, and national sports media figures.
