Tony Davis, Trey Wells and Ben Presley secured the dismissal of a federal RICO lawsuit seeking more than $100,000,000 in damages from eleven defendants that included both corporate entities and individuals. In a 29 page memorandum opinion, the United States District Court for the District of Columbia found that the complaint failed to allege facts sufficient to show that the defendants transacted business in the District of Columbia, and dismissed the case for lack of personal jurisdiction.
