Reed Bates and Stephen Still secured a summary judgment for a nursing home client in a wrongful death medical malpractice practice case. The summary judgment was obtained in Arbitration on grounds Plaintiff’s experts were not qualified and Plaintiff did not meet his burden of proof. Plaintiff filed Motions to Vacate with the Arbitration Forum and the Circuit Court of Jefferson County, Bessemer Division. The Defense briefed and argued both Motions to Vacate. The Arbitration forum and the Circuit Court denied Plaintiffs’ Motions.
