Tony Davis, Trey Wells, and Ben Presley secured an affirmance by the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals of a judgment worth more than $45 million in favor of a multinational corporation against one of the three largest railroad companies in the United States in a dispute involving a long-term contract for rail transportation. The case was tried to a jury in federal court in Roanoke, Virginia in September 2019, and was appealed to the Fourth Circuit. On June 29, 2021, the Fourth Circuit panel unanimously affirmed the judgment.
