Breanna Young and Grace Ann Azar obtained a complete dismissal of fraud and identity theft claims against an individual dentist pending in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Alabama. The district court agreed with our motion to dismiss arguments that the Complaint failed to identify any actions attributable to our client that constituted either fraud or a violation of the Consumer Identity Protection Act, and thus, the Complaint failed to state a claim upon which relief could be granted.
