Breanna Young and Angel Sims prevailed in an appeal before the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit. The Eleventh Circuit affirmed, with opinion, the district court’s dismissal of plaintiff’s Title VII discrimination and retaliation claims brought against a federal government contractor client. Our client’s former employee sued the company alleging she was discriminated against and terminated in retaliation for protected complaints. The district court dismissed the action on our Motion to Dismiss, and the Eleventh Circuit affirmed the district court’s dismissal decision in full.
