Stephanie Tunnell is an associate at Starnes Davis Florie LLP, where her practice is devoted to civil litigation with an emphasis on commercial litigation. She represents a diverse range of businesses and professionals in matters involving personal injury and wrongful death, bad faith litigation, privacy and data security, business and contractual disputes, product liability, construction claims, and premises liability. Stephanie is licensed to practice in the state of Alabama and New York.
Stephanie earned her J.D. from Emory University School of Law, where she served as Executive Marketing Editor for Emory Bankruptcy Developments Journal and was an active member of the Student Bar Association.
Community Involvement
Stephanie is actively involved with Volunteer Lawyers Birmingham, providing pro bono legal support to low-income individuals in Jefferson County, Alabama.
Member of the National Multiple Sclerosis Society’s Emerging Leaders Alliance; Member of Lutheran Church Vestavia Hills; Campaign Assistant for AMP Ride to benefit Birmingham’s Tanner Foundation (to help in the battle against ALS, MS, and Parkinson’s).
