Bonnie Branum Minopoli works in the firm’s Mobile office. Bonnie has a wide array of litigation experience. She has represented life insurance carriers in class actions, sales practices, bad faith, and punitive damages matters in states across the country. In addition, Bonnie has defended brokerage firms against claims asserted by customers in arbitration proceedings before the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA). Her practice also includes the areas of commercial disputes, construction litigation, products liability, personal injury, premises liability, and banking and financial services litigation.
Bonnie also has significant experience with cybersecurity incident response planning, vendor management, and data breach response.
