Owens & Umbach Obtain Defense Verdict in Federal Court
On June 4th, Bent Owens and Trip Umbach obtained a jury verdict for the City of Tarrant, in an employment discrimination case brought by its city clerk. The plaintiff claimed that the Mayor reduced her authority and responsibility, among other things, because plaintiff opposed discrimination.
