Starnes Attorneys R. Davis & Whillock Assist Client in Obtaining No Further Action Determination from EPA

Richard Davis and Amber Whillock successfully assisted a chemical and solvent distributor in obtaining a No Further Action ("NFA") determination from the United States Environmental Protection Agency Region 4 Air, Pesticides & Toxics Management Division for voluntarily self-disclosed violations of the Emergency Planning and Community Right-To-Know Act ("EPCRA").  The EPA found that the self-disclosure met the conditions required to eliminate gravity-based penalties for the violations and to avoid "economic benefit" penalties according to the EPA's May 3, 2013 Notice of Determination.
