Starnes Davis Florie LLP is pleased to announce its new partners, Will Davis, Jordan Gerheim, and Cole Gresham.
Will Davis’s litigation experience includes professional medical liability, long term care and nursing home liability, commercial and banking litigation, premises liability, and general personal injury. He is a graduate of the 2013 Class of the Birmingham Bar Association’s Future Leaders Forum and has served the Birmingham Bar Association in numerous roles. Will is a member of the firm’s recruiting committee.
Jordan Gerheim devotes much of his practice to civil litigation. He represents various national, regional, local and individual clients. Jordan specializes in several areas of law, including construction, dram shop/liquor liability, wrongful death, products liability, premises liability, insurance, as well as business and contract litigation. He additionally provides general counsel to several regional and small business corporations. Jordan is a 2015 graduate of Leadership Mobile and this past year, was chosen by the Defense Research Institute (DRI) to be one of twelve young lawyers from across the country to be sworn in, in person, to the U.S. Supreme Court in Washington, D.C. before all nine Justices.
Cole Gresham’s practice is devoted to a broad variety of litigation matters, concentrating on complex, high-risk litigation. Cole has represented Fortune 500 companies in a variety of matters including national class actions and multidistrict litigation, and universities in high-profile intellectual property disputes. He also serves as a member of the firm’s recruiting committee.
